Dr Lisa Burke, Clinical Psychologist, accepts referrals for adult clients aged 16+ years via the following referral pathways:

• Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTPs) completed by a GP or psychiatrist.
• Private health insurance - check your individual fund for eligibility and referral requirements.
• Self-referring and paying own fees - no referral needed
• Third-party referral pathways including Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Open Arms, and Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

Endeavour Psychology cannot accept referrals for individuals under the age of 16 years, or those with ATAPS/PTS, WorkCover/WorkSafe, Centacare, NDIS, VOCAT, or VACU referrals.

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) under the federal government's Better Access initiative, you are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate for your sessions, up to annual Medicare limits.  As at 1st January 2025, Medicare rebates for psychology sessions are currently capped at a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year.  Click here for further information about Mental Health Treatment Plans.

As at 1st January 2025, the current Medicare rebate per 50-minute Clinical Psychology session is $141.85.  Medicare rebates are only available where a MHTP has been completed by a GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist.
