NEWSFLASH: UPCOMING GRIEF SUPERVISION GROUP

Despite the regularity of grief and loss presentations in practice, mental healthcare professionals report training gaps and less perceived competence when supporting grieving and bereaved clients. This group supervision opportunity represents an opportunity to replace fear, myth, and frustration with practical interventions when supporting grieving clients.

4-week online group supervision group for mental healthcare professionals, all sessions conducted via Zoom.

Facilitated by Dr Lisa Burke, Fellow in Thanatology and PsyBA Approved Supervisor (Clinical Psychology).

Includes practical interventions to implement with grieving clients, DSM-5-TR and formulation considerations, and case consultation.  Attendance certificates provided.

Total cost for 4 x 60-minute sessions is $288.00 excl GST ($72 per session).

Note that if you intend to log group supervision hours as part of your AHPRA approved 4+2 / 5+1 intern or registrar training program, you will need to enrol Dr Lisa Burke as a secondary supervisor via the appropriate AHPRA form or letter.  Adding a secondary supervisor is quick and easy, and there's no limit on how many secondary supervisors an intern/registrar can have.  A template letter can be provided on request.
